Interior Fit Out Planning is a creative office fit-out planning platform that makes it easy for business owners and designers to work together online. A business owner creates a simple write up of their dream office fit-out with all the components required to complete the project and our community members create the vision for you.

Designing an office fit-out can be thrilling for a business. Owners want to build a showpiece for visiting clients and have a space that is functional, engaging, and motivating for their staff. The problem is that most business owners do not have the time, ability or planning and design strengths to create their own vision. There are many small details that need to be accounted for, the process can take several weeks or months, and this becomes a drain on limited time and valuable resources.
Our design community members compete to create the owner’s vision, taking into account occupancy limits, health & safety compliance, and furniture layout suggestions. The owner gets to select their top three plan suggestions to explore the concepts of their vision through 2D or 3D renderings and sketches. Finally, they choose the final winning designer to refine and finalise the fit-out. This is all done within days, instead of months.
Our platform also offers business owners the ability to source the various components needed to complete the project from our community members. The owner can find their General Contractor, Architect, specialised subcontractors, furniture suppliers, and more.

Sze Man Chan,
Chief Executive Officer
Sze Man’s passion for interior design began 10 years ago as a project manager creating 2D and 3D visuals and sketches based on customer specifications and then successfully completing the interior design projects. Today as a Designer and Director, he interprets client ideas, creates and plans a complete fit out of their space. He accomplished a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Management from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia.
